Shipment and delivery of orders is dependent on payment processing time, volume of order and distance of delivery.
However orders will usually take 5 – 7 Days. During peak periods this may be longer.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and we are not responsible for any delays.
Australian Delivery
- Orders within Australia $15.00 AUD Flat Fee
- Orders over $150.00 AUD will receive FREE standard shipping.
International Delivery
- Shipping to all countries where postal systems are available.
- Shipping rates will vary depending on your country of delivery.

PRODUCT QUALITY
The materials used are of the highest grade allowing production of the best quality motocross graphics. No other substitute products or imitation will be used ensuring the best quality graphics are maintained. Through using the latest printing equipment in production it allows high resolution prints on graphics to be extremely durable and long lasting.

All makes and models are available at Willmax. If you can't find your make and model online, contact us as we have all makes and models on file.

At the time of purchasing ensure your design and all information is correct as custom work can't be refunded.

Non-faulty items
Strike Seats will allow an exchange to the value of an item you have purchased within 72 hours (3 Days) of purchase if you have changed your mind about the item. The value of the item will exclude any shipping and handling costs incurred by Strike Seats when the item was first sent to you, including such costs which were incorporated into the purchase price and ‘free shipping’ was specified.

Please note that Strike Seats will not provide a refund, credit or exchange if the item is not kept in brand new and immediate resalable condition with original packaging and unbroken seals.
Faulty items
If you consider that there is a fault or defect with any item, please contact our customer service team and return the item to Strike Seats within a reasonable time of purchase for assessment. Strike Seats will not be liable for any costs incurred by you in returning the item to Strike Seats for assessment.
If the item is found to be faulty then you may request:
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, if Strike Seats deem your product is in fact faulty and not due to any other factors that might affect seat covers. Faulty items are only assessed before they are used.
If the item is not found to be faulty then you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs incurred by Strike Seats to resend the item to you. The item will only be resent to you after these costs are received in full by Strike Seats as cleared funds.
Item not what you ordered
In the unlikely event that Strike Seats sends you an item which is not what you ordered, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your item at info@strikeseats.com.au so that we can rectify this for you.
Once order has been placed you will receive an email with your tracking number. This will allow you to track you order in transit.
Seat Covers – Ready Made
Within our stock seat cover section on our website if you place an order and you find you have ordered the wrong make and model and the product is still boxed and undamaged we can organize a return.
Due to the nature of custom manufactured seat covers, this product cannot be returned. At the time of purchasing ensure your design and all information is correct as custom work can't be refunded.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirming your order. Once the order is dispatched you’ll be provided with a tracking number to track your order in transit.
Once your order is submitted to Strike Seats, it is final and cannot be changed. This includes adding or removing items to your order.
Strike Seats reserves the right to reject any order you place, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason.

We take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you. Personal information may be stored both electronically on our computer system, and in hard-copy form. Firewalls, 2048 Bit v3 SSL encryption, passwords, anti-virus software and email filters act to protect all our electronic information.
Can I track my order?
Once an order has been placed you will receive a tracking number which will allow you to keep an eye on your order.
What materials do you use to make your graphic kits?
We use the highest quality motocross grade material to ensure your graphics kits are the longest lasting in the pits.
What if you guys don’t have my model bike or brand?
If through our online store you can’t find your specific bike or brand, email us at sales@willmax.com.au and we will be able to assist you with your enquiry.
Do you guys offer installation of kits?
No we don’t offer installation of kits as we ship your order direct from us to you. However with each graphic kit ordered there will be an installation guide included in the packaging.
What graphic kit options do you provide?
We offer the full range of graphic kit related products. Including:

To place an order you need to set up a quick and easy account so we have all the details necessary to ship you your goods. Follow prompts once you get into the online checkout.
I just need to replace one section of my graphic kit. Can this be done?
Yes absoulty this can be done. You can contact us at sales@willmax.com.au and we will work through your enquiry.
I have slight modification on my bike i.e. Mx front plate on my enduro bike. Can I have MX front plate instead?
Yes no problem. At the time of ordering please leave details in the comments box.
